Marie Curie, the UK’s leading end of life charity, needed to strengthen its brand voice and communicate with empathy and clarity about subjects people often avoid – grief, death and bereavement. The challenge was to create content that could both reach new audiences and deepen trust with existing loyal supporters, while maintaining a compassionate voice throughout.
As a Senior Editor in the charity’s Creative team, I led the delivery of much of Marie Curie’s editorial output across fundraising and awareness campaigns, digital channels and flagship projects such as the On the Marie Curie Couch podcast. I was responsible for upholding the charity’s tone of voice and tailoring copy for specific audience groups.
